Check Your Email: Once we confirm your appointment, I will send you a secure link to my private client portal on Headway.
Complete Your Forms Online: Simply follow that link to complete all the necessary intake paperwork and consent forms. You can do this on your computer or smartphone at your convenience.
Completing these forms online before our first meeting saves us time and ensures all your information is kept secure. This way, we can use our first session to focus on what's most important: you and your goals.
