My Standard Rate
I believe in being transparent about fees so you know exactly what to expect. Here is the information on my rates and insurance policies.
Out-of-Pocket (Private Pay) Rate: $150 per 53-minute session.
If you have one of the insurance plans I am in-network with, your specific cost (such as a co-pay or co-insurance) will be determined by your plan's benefits.
I am happy to help verify your benefits prior to our first session so you know what to expect.
Using Your Insurance
I work with many insurance plans to make therapy more accessible.
In-Network Insurance
I am in-network [or will soon be in-network] with the following plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) [pending in SC and TX until early 2026]

Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits
For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network (OON) provider [including those denoted above that are currently pending]. This means you are responsible for the session fee ($150) at the time of our appointment.
I can then provide you with a monthly "superbill" (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider first to ask about your "out-of-network benefits for mental health" to see what your plan covers.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of our session. I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved just for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full out-of-pocket session rate.
